Traditional Afghan Mantu Dumpling

BEEF MANTU – 16 | Homemade pastry shell stuffed with ground beef cooked with ginger, garlic paste, cilantro, turmeric, & coriander. Sprinkled with dried mint & served alongside microgreens with yogurt, split pea & tomato sauce. Drizzled with white & red dressing.
