Vegan Chapli Kebab

introducing our Vegan Chapli Kebab, a delectable dish consisting of fried tofu patties seasoned with chili powder and Afghan spices. These patties are then topped with a delicious blend of cilantro, chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, coriander, green chilies, and lemon juice, making every bite incredibly satisfying. To complement the dish, we serve it with a spicy white vegan dip, green chutney, shredded potatoes, and roasted vegetables. This dish is perfect for vegetarians, vegans, and those on a gluten-free diet. You can choose from three different tray sizes:

Vegetarian Mantu

Afghan dumplings are a delicious and filling vegetarian option that can be served with red kidney bean-tomato sauce. These dumplings are stuffed with shredded butternut squash, chopped onion, cilantro, and mint. They are topped with yogurt, dried mint, and red & white dressing. You can order them in three different sizes -

Introducing Vegan Mantu

A traditional Afghan dish that consists of dumplings filled with tofu, tri-color bell peppers, chopped onion, ginger, and garlic. These dumplings are served with a red kidney bean sauce and topped with red and white dressing and dried mint. You can enjoy this dish with a side of spicy white vegan dressing. It's a perfect meal option for vegans. This dish comes in three sizes:
